Today I’m going to share a delicious cookie recipe with you.

๐ŸŒฟ Ingredients:

  • 1 and ¾ cups of flour
  • 150g of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup of white sugar
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

⚠️ Notes before baking:

  • Make sure the butter and eggs are at room temperature.
  • Always use parchment paper on your baking tray to avoid sticking.

๐Ÿ“ Instructions:

  1. Start by mixing the butter with both sugars until it becomes creamy and soft.
  2. Crack in the egg and yolk, then whisk everything together until smooth.
  3. Pour in the vanilla, sprinkle the baking powder, baking soda, and salt — blend until well combined.
  4. Sift in the flour gradually, folding it into the mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Drop in the chocolate chips and stir gently to spread them evenly.
  6. Roll the dough into mini balls and place them on a lined baking tray, giving each one space to breathe.
  7. Slide the tray into a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges turn lightly golden.
  8. Once out, let the cookies cool slightly before moving them — they’ll be soft and dreamy!
