The Family Upstairs
๐ Book Review: The Family Upstairs
⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5)
Hello, cloud wanderer,
Every family hides secrets, but in The Family Upstairs, those secrets are darker than you could ever imagine.
Libby Jones, who always believed her parents had died and that she was truly alone, returns home after twenty-five years—only to discover a shocking truth. Her parents hadn’t died at all; they had abandoned her as a baby after a mysterious death inside the house. Now, on her twenty-fifth birthday, Libby inherits that same grand Chelsea mansion, a place once filled with wealth, music, and family… but also control, betrayal, and tragedy. As she begins to uncover the truth, she realizes she’s not the only one drawn back to the house at 16 Cheyne Walk—others connected to its past are coming, too.
Would I recommend it?
Not really, I didn't like it much, but it's good anyways.
